I’m brilliant at finding high PPC keywords for adsense (which also comes in handy for domaining), and am trying to figure out a way of monetizing that skill set by offering a keyword service (Sell keyword lists for a one time fee in exchange for xx,xxx high PPC keywords that will only be sold to x number of people to keep the competition limited? A monthly membership fee where members receive new keyword lists on a weekly or monthly basis? An individual service where I can be contracted to research keywords for a particular niche? Ideas?)

In the future I’ll be offering up some information on affiliate marketing (promoting other people’s products or services for commission online), SEO, working from home, domain investing, and the tools that I use to help me with all of my tasks.
